Hi
Sub: ISL71840SEH analogue multiplexer Simulation quarries
Good Day!
We have done simulation on TINA and LT spice simulation tools with ISL71840SEH analogue multiplexer. We found following parameters exceed the data sheet limits.
Sl.No

nA
In TINA simulation and LT Spice simulation observed Drain Switch off leakage is going the beyond limit. In simulation measured value is -419 nA & 400 nA

In TINA simulation and LT Spice simulation observed Supply current (Standby current & Quiescent Current) is going the beyond limit. In simulation measured value is +/- 360 uA.

May I know what is the issue?. Is this spice mode problem or any else issue? Do you have simulation and practical results? if possible can you share the simulation and practical results?
We apologize but we cannot answer questions on a public forum for our space parts unless the information is already posted on our public website. In this case, the information is not publicly released and must be given to approved customers only.
For any further support on this you will need to submit a Technical Support ticket by going to our support portal from the following link: https://en-support.renesas.com
You will need to sign in with your company email address, and if you don't have an account you will need to register with one. https://www.renesas.com/register
Make sure when you submit your request you choose the product category as Space & Harsh Environment so it gets routed to me. Also send in your simulation files, schematic, and other supporting materials that show how you derived at these numbers. By the way, LT Spice is a competitors modeling system and our models may not work properly using their modeling system.
