The ISL70419SEHVF datasheet says that the package lid is tied to the EPAD, which it says is not tied to GND or VCC. I am trying to determine the dimensions of the package lid from the datasheet, in order to determine the amount of floating metal. I see on page 22 of 23 the datasheet shows the package dimensions, but I am struggling to identify what part is the package lid. Can anyone help me?
I will be happy to provide you more details on the package lid and its dimensions. However, I apologize but we cannot answer questions on a public forum for our space parts unless the information is already posted on our public website. In this case, the information is not publicly released and must be given to approved customers only.

The easiest way to keep from having floating metal is to just connect the EPAD to ground. That way you don't have to calculate the amount of floating metal and it will meet the NASA spec.
