I'm using the ZSC31050 paired with a pressure sensor. My boards are back and working. I have followed the evaluation board app note to calibrate the pressure sensor across the desired range. The polling of the read out data with averaging yields a really good result across the full range. Very linear. Very nice.
The 0-10V output changes, but the range is off. I'm trying to figure out how to calibrate it. I read the 0-10V app note, but that doesn't seem to be enough. I have monkeyed with the "Tools -> Output Voltage Adjust" but I haven't been able to understand it well enough to get results.
Is there a step-by-step guide for calibrating the output voltage?
Thanks.
Brian,
Can you attached screen shots of the calibration window with settings that you have tried. Also, I will check around to see if we have something more on this operation.
I haven't been able to get the "Tools -> Voltage Output Adjust" window to affect the voltage output, even checking the "copy to calibration window" box. I'm not certain how to grab the hi, low, and what the CBVdd values are supposed to be (although I assume it's the board input voltage).
Thanks. I thought I posted, but apparently not. But now my account may be locked so I may not be able to post at all.I can't find any instructions for how to use the output calibration window. I tried figuring out how to get it to adjust the gain and offset, but was not able to figure it out. I was hoping to see some instructions similar to those that explain how to calibrate the range and resolution of the sensor itself.
There is not a lot of information about this, and I couldn’t find any document that specifically addresses it besides the Functional Description. There is a description of the register settings in Table 5.8, which fine adjusts the regulator voltage from -1% to 0.75%VDDA in 7 steps:
Then there is a brief description of the voltage regulator with some FET recommendations. But that’s about it.
