I have a new ADK board, H/W rev 1.3.1, F/W 3.4 supplied with the SLG4DVKINTRO. No updates appear to be available.
I have a simple design for SLG46826V, created using Go Configure / GreenPAK Designer V6.44. Running on Win 10, 22H2.
I'm using a slow (6s period), sine generator to one pin on the device, and a couple of emulated push button inputs.
This all works in s/w emulation.
When emulation is run on the ADB, it usually works for some time, but user input (button presses within Go Configure), causes the system to lock up.
Occasionally it will recover, but usually it requires the ADK to be disconnected from the USB port, and reconnected, before the GF IDE can gain control again.
GP designer reports "Device didn't answer - The board didn't connect within the expected timeframe.Please reconnect the board and try again."
I believe the fault does not occur if I don't run the slow sine generator.
Is this a known fault with the ADB, or with designs using the generator on the ADK? Any suggestions to avoid this fault?

On my system I see the lock-up doing this:
Select emulation on the ADB.
LED on pin 7 is flashing.
Set button on pin 4 to GND.
Click button on pin 19. Observe LED on pin 3 toggles on/off with each press.
Set button on pin 4 to VCC
Click button on pin 19. Observe LED on pin 3 flash on for brief period with each press.
Start generator on pin 4.
Observe LED on pin 7 is on, then flashes; repeats over 6 seconds.
Repeat sequence of setting buttons on pins 4 and 19 – after a few trials the board stops responding.
The design is still operating, but has lost communication with the GUI.
Recovery only by disconnecting the USB lead.
I have raised a support ticket, since the design has to be finished imminently and the board fault can worked around, but slows testing considerably.
