CPX3 / CPX4 PLC ICs - Lack of support from Renesas

Question

Hi, 
 We have so far purchased 4 Renesas PLC evaluation boards including: 
 2 x RTK0EE0007D01001BJ CPX3 Evaluation Kit for DC under 48V (J80D1 with RX651+Audio circuit) 
 2 x RTK0EE0009D01001BJ CPX4 DC-PLC Evaluation Kit M01D1 
 
 Getting support to start with was rather slow, but now getting great support.

 Actually, I have been told that the two persons in Japan have been supporting you. I have sent a email back with your latest request. I would suggest taking this off the Public Forums and submit a ticket .
