µPD720201 USB3.0 host controller Thermal Data

Hi Team,

We are using Renesas µPD720201 USB3.0 host controller in our design and we are in Thermal simulation stage. We need the following thermal data of µPD720201 for simulation and hence requesting the same. 

1. Theta-JA: Thermal Resistance Junction-to-Ambient

2. Theta-JC: Thermal Resistance Junction-to-Case

3. Theta-JB: Thermal Resistance Junction-to-Board

4. TJ: recommended Maximum die/junction temperature  

Additionally requesting to share the worst case power dissipation data if available.
