Dear Sir,

I know that this component is obsolete, but I have an edited PCB that uses it and a large quantity of the commercial version. I need to use it in an industrial temperature environment. Could you please answer my question?

Please find below the answer from the Standard Memory Products Team:

We can NOT guarantee that the part (HN58V256AT12E) shipped as commercial grade can be used as industrial grade.

As a matter of fact, the silicon die of the commercial part is the same as the industrial one.  The die was designed not only for commercial grade but also for industrial grade, but the commercial grade parts were NOT screened at industrial temperature range before our shipment.
