IDT70T653MS12BCI Product Failure History

Hi, I would like to know the failure history of the IDT70T653MS12BCI product. I am currently using DPRAM in my PLC CPU.
For some unknown reason, I keep getting memory errors, so I would like to know if there is a history of memory problems when the product was manufactured or if other companies had memory problems when it was delivered.

  • Hello,

I understand how frustrating memory errors can be, especially when they disrupt your PLC operations. While I couldn't find specific failure history for the IDT70T653MS12BCI product, it's possible that other users have experienced similar issues.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:

Check System Diagnostics: Review the diagnostic buffer for any specific error codes or patterns that might give more insight into the cause of the memory errors.

Update Firmware and Software: Ensure that all firmware and software related to your PLC CPU are up to date.

Contact Manufacturer: Reach out to the manufacturer or your supplier for any known issues or recalls related to the product.

Replace Memory Module: If the issue persists, consider replacing the memory module to see if that resolves the problem.
