When using whitebox, how can I enable CR52 and CA55 to use the network interface at the same time(RCARS4)?

Q: When using whitebox, how can I enable CR52 and CA55 to use the network interface at the same time(in "A")?

note:It is also acceptable for TSN0 to be used only by CR52. Of course, TSN0 can be used by CA55 and CR52 at the same time, which is better.

The environment is two R81779F4 development boards
A: CR52 uses TSN0
B:A55 uses TSN1
A and B are connected by a network cable

A: The CR52 firmware has network (not uboot), and the A55 uses Linux based on whitbox. There are three types:
a. Default; b: DomD removes tsn0 in device tree; c. DomD removes rswitch driver
B: Default whitebox environment

In three cases a, b, and c, A can operate without entering the Linux network. For example (Figure A')
But when A enters linux, the network will be disconnected (Figure B')
