How to enable JTAG

Question

Hi, 
 Our product use R-car S4 and whitebox 5.1. We want to use trace32 or e2 emulator to debug. 
 Do I need to enable JTAG or add JTAG driver?

Hi, 
 If you use S4 Starter Kit. You can enable JTAG using S4 Configurator tool. Refer to this page: R-Car/Boards/S4SK - eLinux.org 
 For Spider board, you can download the quick setup manual in this web page that contain the switch setting for JTAG: RTP8A779F0ASKB0SP2S - R-Car S4 Reference Board/Spider | Renesas
