Where can I find dr7f701621_irq.h, dr7f701621_startup.850 and dr7f701621.ld files or how to generate them?

There you must select and download the device files:
DF-RH850F1K-EE_V120_1.zip
DF-RH850F1K-EE_V120_1.txt
