RH850-F1KM-S1 Unable to monitor periodic updation of values of global variables

Question

Hello Sir, 
 Requesting a solution for periodic updating value of variable in watch register. Configuring it looks different than RL78 .I am using 
 IDE - CS+ 
 MCU - RH850/FIKM-S1 (R7F701686) 100pin 
 Emulator - E1 
 Hereby i have screenshot of the same.

The variable could be optimized out. Try to lower the optimization level.
