program cannot be download to CS+

Question

Hello, 
 
 I need to debug the code in CS+. Elf file is generated through windriver compiler. Controller used is RH850 E2GUH. 
 I am able to load the elf file in CS+ but download fails with the below error:

Download fail 
 [Direct error cause] Object reference not set to an instance of an object. 
 Please let me know how can I fix this issue.

Hello, 
 CS+ for RH850 family is supported by CC-RH compiler, Green Hills GHS RH850 compiler and the IAR RH850 compiler. 
 There is no support for Wind River compiler.

Most of the developers for powertrain devices such as the RH850/E2x using the Wind River compiler use the Lauterbach debugger. 
 Unfortunately not all ELF files are created equally, so compatibility cannot be guaranteed with CS+. However Lauterbach is knows to support the Wind River tools.
