I have some Intersil ISL5729/2IN components I am trying to decode the part marking , Lot Date Code and Assembly site,
The marking on the component is as follows:

/2IN
P731BT5
Does anybody know how to decode the P731BT5 code?
P is the factory location code, 731 is the date code (parts were built the 31st week of 2007) and BT5 is a trace code. All 7 make up the complete trace code which identifies the manufacturing lot the parts…

Hi, Do you happen to know which factory is associated with the "P" location? I know "G" is the Carsem M-Site, "F" is the Carsem S-Site, "L" is Amkor Philippines, "N" is Amkor Korea, "H" is STATS Chipac Malaysia, "U" is ASECL Taiwan, "V" is Wuxi China.... Cant find where "P" factory is located.
The factory code "P" is STATS ChipPAC, Shanghai, China. The document containing our factory location codes is company confidential and not published on our website.
