Hello, a device I'm trying to repair (an old phone from the late '80s) has on its PCB a chip marked "SCL1054-V4", which appears to be a SiTel/Dialog part number; however, I can't find any datasheet or any info on the internet. Any idea if this is actually a Dialog part and where I can find a datasheet?
