E1 flasher is not working

Connecting the tool

Emulator's supply power : OFF
Emulator's firmware version：3.00.00.004
Connecting to the target device

Disconnecting the tool
Error(E3000105): The device is not responding.
Operation failed.

I am getting this error. I checked all the connections but still no use.

Performed E1 self test too. All the test cases are passing.

Please suggest something to get this issue resolved.
