I'm looking for the datasheet of ZC404983CFN used in a Lenze inverter with type Lenze 33.8202_E.
The problem is that it would not go into ready mode (green led flashing). The red LED flashes every sec. instead.
Any help would be appreciated.
This does not appear to be a Renesas part. Doing a Google search I found the following picture and it appears to be a Motorola part: www.yoycart.com/.../
Cindy, thank you very much for your efforts , that is as far as I got too. I believe that it is similar to the MC68HC11E1CFNE2 and wonder if I can use the S4.4 carprog Motorola HC11 to comminucate with it, preferably in the circuit.
