I've been trying to get the datasheet or at least the registers for the ISL97901. The request full datasheet option didn't work. I actually already have this part on our proto-boards and I'd just like to be able to check some registers settings.
So what's the deal? Is this super secret for some reason?
Thank you
When you click on request full datasheet is should have taken you to a pop up window where it asked you to log into your MyRenesas account. If you did this then the request for this confidential datasheet would have generated an internal email to the product marketing manager who would either approve or disapprove your request. This can often take up to several days, depending on his schedule and workload.
As an alternative, you can submit your request for this confidential datasheet by going to our support portal from the following link: https://en-support.renesas.com
You will need to sign in with your company email address, and if you don't have an account you will need to register with one. https://www.renesas.com/register
Best regards, Cindy
I did that, it came back denied. For twenty years, I have never understood why it is so difficult to work with Renasas. I was literally able to download the datasheet for TI's version of this part with one click. So I'm going to just design the Renasas part out on the next spin.
Hi Eric,
Since I have admin rights I can see your full profile. I contacted the product marketing manager and gave him your complete profile and asked if I could email you the confidential datasheet directly and he agreed. I just sent it to you directly a few minutes ago. Please check your junk mail or spam folder if you don't see it.
