The just might be https://www.renesas.com/en/products/space-harsh-environment/hi-rel-analog/hi-rel-buffers/hs-1115rh-high-speed-low-power-output-limiting-closed-loop-buffer-amplifier?queryID=ddfb5a601a405f85d195dcae0d457a2d
Thank you for the fast reply! Close, maybe, but I can find no information that would be consistent with the identification marks on the devices (INCIDENTALLY, i ERRED ON THE INFORMATION I SUPPLIED: THE LAST FIELD SHOULD ]HAVE BEEN "H407BXH". I suffer from FFS (Fat Finger Syndrome). And I doubt that the parts we have would be RH.
Sincerely,
Do you have a photo of the part that you can share? This may help us identify the part.
"H407BXH" may be the trace code. I know for Intersil parts the first letter would indicate the factory the parts are assembled, the next 3 would be the date code and the last 3 the trace code. All of this would make up the complete trace code so we could identify the manufacturing lot the parts came from, but the Intersil database does not have this trace code om their system.
Best regards,
Cindy
