Error extracting synergy support files

Question

Hey, 
 when I open e2 studio the following window appears : error extracting synergy support files. 
 
 How do I fix this, and where to find what and where those support files are?

Hi Zan_hella- 
Looks like you need to install SSP. 
 
I suggest you use the platform installer located here: 
 
 www.renesas.com/.../ssp.html 
 
to reinstall. That will include the SSP files as well.
