Hi,
In our project, we have a 4GB eMMC NAND flash which is already running and working fine with the combination of FileX + SDHI. The following configuration is just working fine for us:
Now we want to use LevelX for wear leveling of our flash. The question is that I only can find LevelX feature for NOR flashes and also only for QSPI peripherals. I searched in the forum and didn't find anything for our situation. It seems LevelX is an abstraction that just works for NOR flashes and depends on QSPI peripheral, and I'm now wondering if there is a misunderstanding about LevelX concept for me.
Could you help me to know what is wrong here?
Thanks in advance

Hey Larry,
Thanks. It seems so! After your answer, I also noticed it has been mentioned in the datasheet.
But generally, how we can implement Filex+LevelX for a NAND memory in Renesas? There is no such an option there, there is an option only for NOR memories...
