I need help with MCU Selection. The main aim is to replace (STM8s and HX711) Chips in a weight scale project. So, it should be low in cost, the SD24 PGA Gain should be 128. Note: Load cell maximum weight could be greater than 200kg.

I actually didn't find any Renesas MCU with the PGA gain of 128. They are either 32 or 64.
