Sorry for that we don't have a type of RA2A2 series, we only have RA2A1, could you kindly check the type of mcu, and then you can check the RAM size of it easily from the following link:

I've seen the datasheet for the newest RA2A2 which was released Dec 2023. It has 512KB code flash and 48KB of SRAM. Does anyone know when this MCU will be available for purchase or sample?
