Another thing i've noticed is that when i press the reset button its like a short occurs, as even the external usb current meter i use to check how much is drawing from the outside environment powers off momentarily.Heres the schematics, to note that i removed the "onboard debugger mcu"(i was in a hurry and i was unshure if it was possible to use the ra4m2 as a debugger device _ra8m1_unshielded.pdf
It appears from the warning msg that the reset signal has issues. Looked at your schematic but wasn't sure what all was populated between the target reset and the "onboard debugger", you might have a look at the reset signal timing on a scope.
Greetings JimB i also want to add that not only the debugger isnt populated but the (1V2?) LDO is not populated either+ a lot of ethernet semi's arent either because the parts havent arrived Im gonna try and make the measurements now with my oscilloscope thank you for your help
Regarding the reset... It never comes. I've even supposed i somehow wasn't triggering it right so i used the stats by probe to see if it ever changed and nope its always supplied at roughtly 3V3 sometimes reaching 3V44Bellow however is TMS and TCLK(well since its SWO its actually SWCLOCK(blue probe) and SWIO(yellow probe))Is the reset supposed to be sent from the target microcontroller or the debugger?
The tool should release reset and then try to establish communication with the device. If reset is not released, obviously the device will never power up. Is there some type of external reset circuit that could holding the device in the reset state?
Well this is embarassing i guess upon further look i guess 3V3 ends up being shunted to the reset pin However im still conserned about VREFH0 and VREFL0. even though in the pcb they aren't shuted during manufacturing/soldering it appears that they are shunted and i've tried a lot of things(including with an X'ato knife cutting between them) but it appears I either made it worse or somethings wrong in those pins . Are those pins required to be setup for a basic blink? i dont require any adcs and although the board has other features i really just want to make an led blink.
I also forgot to mention those black rectangles that appear like the footprint of a resistor /capacitor are shunted solder bridgesWhile the ones with 3 positions are a solder bridge with 3 pads where the "hat" is non connected

Well cutted the trace to fix the reset... and scavanged some resistors from debugging traces(they were on an open end) but now:
TrustZone configuration (SWD boot connection failed): Failed to set DbgSwEnable. (Debug ID: 5)
The other time i tried it a lot more happened although a bunch of errors appeared
Also i seemed to be able to enter into debug once, however the result is ultra ambiguous and i haven't been able to replicate it. I've unsoldered the loose terminations(150 ohm resistors) and i then unsoldered the 30k pull up on "TDO" trace.Am i supposed to put any pull'ups on the swd line? I might try to flash it via SCI as im having a lot of issues with SWD
