Location for SDK PACK for RE01 Devices/ Error for SDK packages

Hi,

I am looking for SDK for Renesas RE family. I found a link but it seems like link has only CMSIS kind of packages which is different than what I have installed before a year(.exe).

Here is a link which I found for downloading SDK packages->little confusing but if you press "Release information" on the link 2 , There are some CMSIS packages available for download.

On link 3 ,  I see only .zip packages.

Any idea how to link it to the e2 studio IDE? Here is a picture where I am stuck.
