My E2Studio is Version: 2022-01 (22.1.0), I try to create new RL78 project, When I choose device, there is no option for R5F10, so I choose R5F12 instead.
there is nothing display on the version blank for toolchains item, so I restart E2Studio.
But now, I can't view RL78 option ( Renesas RA still here. No Renesas RX, RL78). How to fix it?

Maybe during the installation you didn't include RL78 and RX devices in the installation? Try installing e2 studio again.

I update the E2 Studio, RL78 and RX device are included.
I can view RA, RL78, RX first time when create new project.
But when I restart E2 Studio, no RL78 and RX option, RA only.

If you have installed them properly, they will appear in the first image that you've attached. Did you try to check the installation directory if there are RL78 and RX folders there? If you will just follow the installation guide here: https://www.renesas.com/us/en/document/mat/e-studio-users-manual-quick-start-guide-rx-rl78-rh850-family?language=en&r=488826, I don't think you will have any problems.
I can view RL78 folder in the e2_studio installation directory.
Is it possible for you to do a clean installation? Not an update, so that you can see if they are missing due to some settings accidentally set.
I install E2Studio in another PC, I can start to create RL78 project, but it display nothing for the
"Toolchain version", I can't go further. This is new installation, should I register those toolchain first?
You should have included the compilers during the installation of e2 studio:
