Where can I download the R5F10AAE device file (.pr5)?

Hi I am Amir, 
 I am currently working on RL78/F13 R5F10AAE and I would like to flash it using Renesas Flash Programmer V02.00 (RFP V2). Unfortunately there is no device file for R5F10AAE. I am planning to manually add the device file into the RFP V2, but I could not find the device file for R5F10AAE anywhere online. 
 
 Does anyone knows where I could get the device file for R5F10AAE?

That device file is included in the last RFP v2.05.03 release package. 
 The PR5 device files are part of the PG-FP6 programmer software package. 
 They can also be independently downloaded from the support pages for the out of production PG-FP5 programmer.
