RX651调试SPI中发现salve端在没有启用error检测的情况下出现MODE错误置位，如下图红框所示，请帮忙分析MODE错误置位原因，该如何去掉？

The MODF flag indicates not only the mode fault error but also the underrun error. As in the image you provided the UDRF bit is also set, I think this is the error you get.
