CK-Rx65N v1Web server: Ethernet Cable,Unable to connect

I've connected my new CK Rx65N v1 device to the Windows 11 laptop and I'm checking the device using the Termite App. Following the quick start guide (https://www.renesas.com/us/en/document/qsg/ck-rx65n-v1-quick-start-guide), all options are getting displayed, but unfortunately, Option 3, connecting to the web server, is not working. There is nothing displayed after the tab press as shown on the screen.

Kindly help me in resolving this issue. Please note that there was no Ethernet patch cable in the box I received, so I connected it with my own Ethernet cable. The cable is all good, and I can see the lights on the board displayed. Options 1, 2, and 4 are working fine.

Screen display:

MENU
 1. Kit Information
 2. Sensor Data
 3. Web Server
 4. Next Steps
3
[1B][2J[1B][H
3. WEB SERVER

Host a small web-server on the kit and use a web browser to control the
kit and view kit status

> Connect the kit to an Ethernet switch/router using the provided
Ethernet patch cable

> Press tab upon connecting the Ethernet cable to continue

  • Hi Jayesh,

I've checked and noticed that the default jumper settings are the same as given in the quick start guide.

4.1 Connecting and Powering Up the CK-RX65N Board:

    Check that:
    A. J25 is set to link pins 2-3.
    B. J24 link is closed.
    C. J16 is set to link pins 2-3 (RUN).
After setting up the manual IP settings for Ethernet and waiting for a couple of minutes, the web server connection was successful. However, the webpage in the browser is not opening with the IP address of the web server. I'm not sure what is causing this error. I've switched off the Wi-Fi connection and McAfee antivirus on my laptop, but no luck. I am unsure how to check if the web server is running on the device. Could you please let me know how to fix or debug this issue?

    Best Regards,

    Chandra Mohan
