Unlocking after ID code mode given as 'locked'

Question

While locking ,with ID code mode - lock with all erase support , it is easy to unlock by typing the ID code (that was used to lock ) in debug settings and debug again. 
 But while using ID code mode- Locked , unlocking by entering the ID code (that was used to lock ) in debug setting is not permitting to debug again how to unlock this situation.Kindly suggest some methods.

Hello, 
 The actually stored ID code in the OSIS registers may differ from the ID code you set on the FSP Configurator because with the 'Locked' option bit 127 must be set to 1 and bit 126 must be set to 0. 
 This is better explained with an example case at en-support.renesas.com/.../20980157 
 For an ID code on FSP configurator like this: 
 
 The correct ID code to connect to the device is this: 
 
 because bit 126 is change to 0 to comply with the 'Locked' case.
