Download to emulator error- Emulator firmware did not reach specified state

Question

Hi Renesas community . 
 I was trying to download a program to my RA6M1 suddenly this error message is coming .What could be the issue please help by giving suggestions to resolve.

Hi, 
 The error 0x00070100 indicates a timeout due to the emulator not reaching the expected target state. 
 Please check the following: 
 1. If your design includes multiple reset sources (e.g., external supervisor, manual reset, etc.), ensure they are not interfering with the emulator&rsquo;s control of the MCU reset line. As a test, try directly connecting the emulator&rsquo;s reset pin to the MCU&rsquo;s reset pin to bypass any intermediate logic and confirm stable behavior. 
 2. Confirm the target board is powered, and all key signals (RESET, TOOL0/FINE, GND) are properly connected. 
 3. Verify correct MCU part number, interface (FINE/JTAG), and clock settings in e&sup2; studio.
