Is MAC2MAC Solution between RH850U2A16 and TDA4VL possible?

I'm a System Architecture Engineer,

I wanna know,

If a RH850U2A16 and a TDA4VL are both used in one ECU ( 2 SoC on 1 ECU), 

Is it possible to connect the Ethernet MAC Port of RMII on RH850U2A16 and the Ethernet MAC Port of RMII on V446K directly, to realize the Ethernet Communication inside the ECU through Layout on the PCB?

If it's possible, 

What could I be warned about the hardware design of the MAC2MAC solution implementation?
