Dear Renesas Support Team,
We are currently using the R5F10RGCGFB microcontroller in our digital timer application. While reviewing the datasheet, we came across the following power-saving modes:
Our concern is as follows:
If the power supply to the digital timer is cut off, we need to ensure that the current time and user-inputted data are retained while consuming the least amount of battery power. Among the available power-saving modes, which one would be the most suitable for achieving this requirement?
We would appreciate your guidance on the best approach for our application.
Best regards,
LEE
Here are a couple of low-power app-notes for RL78 devices, most of the info would apply to the L12 device.
