How to check fmain clock on oscilloscope?

Hi, I want to know that how can check my Fmain clock on oscilloscope I have understood the below diagram but don't know how to check the Fmain on oscilloscope

You can use the clock output and check the signal from the PCLBUZ0/1 pin. This is supported by the Code Generator too.
