Dear GenLutm. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any reference to that sample project, and it seems all the CK-RX65N-related codes are embedded in this link . By the way, if you're new to the RX family, I suggest you use e2 studio IDE and create a new project for the CK-RX65N board. after that, you'll be able to start with a simple blinky project. 
 Then you can use any other sample code related to the RX65N series which can be found here, 
 I think that's a good starting point, to verify the kit's functionality, then you can investigate the device by adding your codes. and going for more complicated examples. Best Regards.
