Long Term Support and alternatives for IDT7024L20JGI 4Kx16 DPRAM

We're currently using IDT7024L20JGI 4Kx16 DPRAM in an application. However, we found it difficult to find any stock for the components and long lead times (36weeks) will be a trouble. We looked at other pin compatible options such as 8Kx16, 16Kx16 versions of the DPRAM, but the same issue exists there too. Is there any alternative to this DPRAM with other vendors or with you? Pin to pin compatibility with other vendors and general availability of the same type of component with multiple vendors is our requirement as the products shall be used in automotive applications which needs support for a long time.

       The current LT for these parts is 18 Weeks, the 36 weeks quoted in this inquiry is from last year. Hope this will help. We will give exact LT after the order is placed.
