I've been developing a product using the SPI NOR flash AT45DB161E and PSoC5 LP. However we are really new with flash memories and we would like to ask if there is any possibility to get PSoC5 drivers for interfacing the SPI NOR flash (C code with functions how to read, write and erase this flash memory)

Unfortunately, we do not have any Flash drivers for the PSoC5.We would have to suggest you follow the instructions on the AT45DB161E Datasheet. On the Datasheet, you can find clear instructions on how to use the opcodes.Best Regards,OV_Renesas
