Hi,
I would like to confirm whether the memory size of 8Kx16 for the 7025L20PFGI means there are only 8,000 memory addresses, or does it go up to 8,192? If there are only 8,000 memory addresses, I have also found the 16Kx16 version online, which does not seem to be available in Taiwan. Is there any sales channel in Taiwan that provides the 16Kx16 version?
Thanks!
Best Regards,Jason Shih
Dear Jason,Thank you for posting your question online.Let me check on this and I will get back to you as soon as possible.Best Regards,OV_Renesas
Dear OV_Renesas,
Thanks for the update. I’ll await the details.
Best,Jason Shih
Sorry, I'd like first to confirm whether the information about the memory address being 8,192 is already established.
Dear Jason,Apologies for the delay.Let me ping the Memories team and I will get back to you as soon as possible.Best Regards,OV_Renesas
Sorry for the inconvenience, and I apologize for rushing you due to the imminent chip tape-out date.
Dear Jason,Apologies again for the delay.1) Memory size - The common convention in most memory chips is to use k or K to mean 1024. So 8K is 8192.2) Our active asynchronous device is 70261 which is 16Kx16 with interrupt function added. Industrial temp grade is available. Please find attached the datasheet attached.REN_70261_DST_20190730.pdfRegarding availability on your region, please refer here: Distributor Network | Renesas Semiconductors | RenesasBest Regards,OV_Renesas
Thank you for the reply, having 8192 address is really great. It saves me a lot of trouble!
Sorry to bother you again.Could you provide me with the Verilog behavior model for 70261 SRAM? Thanks!
Dear Jason,Thank you for the reply.

You are interested in the 70261or the 7025 you have listed on the title?Since it is not directly related with your original question please create a new ticket and specify the part number.Best Regards,OV_Renesas
Sorry, since you mentioned above that 70261 has a size of 16Kx16, it might meet my requirements, so I am directly replying to inquire here. I will create a new ticket to ask about it.
