 i need programmer DA9062 no have Evaluation Kit and i need firmware for ARM-Based Flash MCU SAM3U4E to making pcb 
 please help no found kit or SAM3U4E form list parts

 The &ldquo;xx&rdquo; represents a placeholder for the specific OTP variant 
 If its DA9062 - 21AM2 , means 21 is OTP variant programmed as per that customer requirement.
