Please advise a set of programs for configuring these chips.

Which version of power navigator or power configuration tool do I need to download?

Hi , ISL99390 is SPS . So there is no need of power navigator . For ISL69260 you can download Power Navigator Installer v5.4.343.2 Thanks AB
