Hello, I am working with the RAA226110 low-side gate driver component. I am encountering a weird issue. I am using this to drive two Ganfets in the design of a power supply. When testing the pcb board with the RAA226110 by itself, it works perfectly fine. The output of the board is a scaled down version of the input signal. As soon as I connect the gate driver pcb to the mosfet gates, the output signal messes up. If anyone has any insight on this issue it would be very helpful.

Hi,
I ll check & come back to you
Thanks
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the use of a GaN FET driver to drive a MOSFET. Here's a detailed explanation:
It is generally not recommended to use a GaN FET driver to drive a MOSFET. While it may be technically possible with few hardware changes, there are several reasons why this is not ideal:
However, if you still prefer to use a MOSFET for any reason, several hardware modifications will be necessary. Please share the details of the MOSFET and detailed schematic you are using, and I will recommend the specific hardware changes needed to ensure proper operation.
