I'm having an issue with ISL94202 where one of the cell voltages will be reported lower than it actually is. If the technicians desolder the pack and re-attach (effectively rebooting the chipset) the voltage will report correctly. Typically the voltage error is 100-150mV reporting 4000mV instead of the actual 4160mV
I'm looking for a method to power cycle the chipset without disconnecting power as its very time consuming to do in production.
Thank you,
Hi,

Hi Matthew,
Can you share your more details like schematic, waveform , setup to understand better .
Is there an email address I can use to share the schematic and our process with?
