ISL94212 with RA2A1 BMS fault detected

Question

Hi Team, 
 
 Currently, I'm working on BMS project using RA2A1 controller and ISL94212 IC's and battery cells. I followed same as the user manual and datasheet and connected successfully when I'm flashing the sample code to the setup it goes to fault state and Red Led is turned on on RA2A1 controller. 
 
 Could anyone suggested on this issue how to apporch.

 I think there is miscommunication .ISL94212 is not recommended for new project so I asked to use RAA489204 .
