I am looking for controller recommendations for the design of a synchronous Dual Phase Buck with sync option for Multiple Power Modules in Parallel.
Something like the ISL8126 but with external gate drivers for Higher voltage operation.
Can you recommend something? Any reference to adapt a controller for higher voltages with an external driver? Thanks.
Basic design specifications:
Vin_max = 170V
Vout = 125V
I_phase = 50A
f_sw = 100 Khz
