RZA1L QSPI flash programming problem

 

I see that qspi communication is ok on the scope. But erasing the device is not succesfull. I doubt that qspi spansion chip may be in a protected state that I can not erase the device, So I can not erase or program the device. J link flasher says erasing ok but when I look in the memory browser e2 studio looks erase (memory area is different from 0xff) unsuccesfull.

tried reports error that jlink.exe path not found in system. e2 studio 5.4 is older version it takes time to install it. Also if the qspi chip is password protected state it is not possible to program or erase ?

There is no password protect in QSPI chip

 

In datasheet says that Advanced Sector Protection password method can be permanently enabled and this register bit is one time programmable, then device requires password to read or write, doesn't it?

SOLVED !
SPANSION chip enters in a protected state at the opening. This means that I can not program or erase chip unless get the chip to unprotected state. I connected the clock input to the qspi clock to ground at the opening. (Means that nothing will change on the qspi chip at the opening sequence, so the chip will be at default state (unprotected). Then Programming succesfull.
