How do RZT1 and FPGA communicate？

Hello， 
 I use the MCU is R7S910035，I want MCU to communicate with FPGA through parallel port.I have checked the manual and know 
 Bus State Controller ，WE0，WE1，CS0，RD DB0-DB16 and BDA0-DBA7, But I don't know how to write a program. May I ask if you can provide the relevant example code for R7S910035.
