Assistance required for PMIC RAA215300A2GNP#HA0 in board bring up

We are currently in the board bring-up stage for our design, where we have used the RAA215300A2GNP#HA0 PMIC to provide power for the RZ/G2L processor. However, we are facing an issue where the PMIC is not providing any voltage output.

Current Setup and Observations:

• Power Input: 5V supplied from an RPS (regulated power supply).
• Power-On Pin: Set to default low, with a push button used to pull it high for 3 seconds.
• CEN Pin: Pulled high using a 10kΩ resistor to the input voltage.
• No output voltage observed from the PMIC.
