F6121 temperature reading

Hi,

I am using 

https://www.renesas.com/us/en/products/rf-products/phased-array-beamformers/f6121-16-channel-dual-beam-rx-active-beamforming-ic-ku-band-satcom

I want to just simply read the temperature.

Please let me know which registers should i set before the reading and what value should i send to each one of them, and the order of the setup of course before i am reading

the temperature.

(I know i need to set the ADC register - number 0x06 at value of 0x0500 for example)
