ZSC31050 current loop output is not working

Hi, 
 
 We are working of ZSC31050 current loop output, facing below issue

Not getting output - after referring current loop output application note( https://www.renesas.com/us/en/document/apn/zsc31050-application-note-two-wire-current-loop-output?r=179831 ) we have gone with the given instruction , but not able to get the output , please help to suggest some debugging point to troubleshoot this issue

GUI Software - as the given GUI( https://www.renesas.com/us/en/document/swe/zsc31050-evaluation-kit-software-rev-2250?r=179831 ) is only work with Windows 7 OS, please provide update software which support Windows 10
