Dear,
ZSSC3224 datasheet states "Alternatively, the RES pin can be connected and used to control safe resetting of the ZSSC3224. RES is active-low; a VDD-VSS-VDD transition at the RES pin leads to a complete ZSSC3224 reset." My question what the Reset Pulse width is?
Another question, the datasheet also said the Res PIN is pull up internally. What's the resistance value typcically?
Best Regards,
Jarvis
Jarvis,
Pulse width should be at the minimum of 10ms. The internal pull-up - I have been told that it is a weak pull-up around 10k.
Dear Michael,
Many thansk for your help.
My colleague had tested it but the result was different. When she supplied 1.8V to Vdd and 10k resistor connect to the Res-PIN and Vss. Then she measured the voltage between Res-PIN and Vss, it is about 0.15V. it seemed the pull-up resistor was 100k.
Can you confirm the pull-up resistance again?
I finally got a response from the device designer. Yes the pull-up is 100k.
